TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
• Designed for natural gas, LPG, or a combination
of both.
• The design produces short flames that remain close to
the plates
• Maximum flame length (at low gas pressure) 600 mm.
• Efficient operation with duct air velocities of 30 mts/sec.
• Low NOx and CO emission as a result of combustion
• 30,000 Kcal/h to 15,000,000 Kcal/h capacities.
• Modulation capabilities
ADVANTAGES
• Does not require combustion chambers.
Designed for stable operation both at high- and
low- air-circulation velocities, thus enabling proper
operation at any working range, a unique advantage of
these systems over any other type of burner.
• It can provide a broad range of flame modulations at
constant air flow, with a minimum rating of 4% at full
capacity.
• Easy to install. These burners are built to operate
inside ducts and they require only reduced clearances
(low load loss), and are easily fitted to existing or new
installations.
• Consistent temperatures across the whole circulating
air volume.
• Enables process-air re-circulation, thus reaching up to
100% re-circulation.
• Flames are extremely short and run very close to the
screen, even when subject to high circulation speeds
with high air flows.
• 100% combustion without CO emission, the
combustion effluent is carbon dioxide (CO2) and water
steam (H2O). The system produces only low levels of
nitrous oxide (NOX.)
