The fast self-advancing automatic bit stroke mechanism enables the quickest installation in the industry. When the start button on the handpiece is pressed, the self-advancing bit moves forward out of the jaws, exposing the bit and fastener while simultaneously activating the rotation of the DC tool. As the bit and fastener are exposed, the operator gains improved visibility and creates additional clearance from the parts automatically. Upon completion of the cycle, the next screw is already loaded into the handpiece, and the system enters a Bitlock position to prevent the fastener from falling back into the system, ensuring the tip remains positively exposed for accurate operator targeting.
