The top model in the compact class leaves nothing to be desired. With its three processing stations, a wide range of applications can be covered. Deburring at high feed rates, rounding up to R2, surface sanding, sheet metal with pull-throughs, deburring foil-coated sheet metal or descaling cut edges. With up to three grinding stations that can be operated in parallel, different machining operations can be easily combined - as required. The three different D_P2_R2 machining systems combined in just one machine enable almost all required tasks to be fulfilled for every job shop. Their modular design makes the machines in the TTSC series particularly flexible. Doors on both sides make the individual units and modules extremely easy to access. In addition to the high-quality basic equipment, the TTSC plus includes the “Avantage package” as standard. The package consists of the vacuum table, automatic tool length measurement and oscillation-free sanding belt control, which allows the oscillation control to be deactivated if required in order to avoid oscillation marks on the sanded surface. GD sanding drum: Perfect deburring and surface finish We use rubberized sanding rollers for surface finishing and for sanding off burrs. The sanding pressure is created by moving the roller downwards in relation to the set workpiece thickness. When the workpiece is approached, the rubber coating of the roller is pressed upwards and the restoring force of the rubber coating provides the necessary sanding force. Sanding rollers are available in various diameters and rubber hardnesses and can be adapted to all parts to be sanded.
