The devices are centrally monitored and controlled by the powerful PLC control system from Mitsubishi. The WEBOMATIC CleanDesign® of the shrink tunnel with bevelled surfaces guarantees direct water drainage and the avoidance of dirt pockets. The magnetic coupling drives the conveyor belt wear-free, two measuring systems ensure the necessary water level in the shrink tunnel. Efficiency in energy consumption is ensured, among other things, by the double-walled housing insulation and the gradual activation of the heating elements. The upper opening flap and front door make the units easy to operate and service.  If a central steam supply is available, the shrink tunnels with steam heating can be integrated at low cost. Cleaning programs  The shrink tunnel automatically detects when it needs to be cleaned or descaled and reports this automatically via the touch screen. In the case of manual cleaning, the operator is guided through a cleaning program via the monitor.
