Single-point diamond dresser

Weiss AG Diamond's Singular-Point Dressers with natural diamonds are generally used for grinding wheel dressing operations, and grooving, pendulum and profi-le grinding processes. The devices may also be utilized for applications that involve circular, internal, centerless, and surface grinding machines. They feature uncut natural diamonds brazed into steel shanks, and diamond weights that range from 0.10 to 2.5 carats. Diamond quality is the overall term used for a wide range of specifications. This includes freedom of cracks, clarity, transparency, size of inclusions, and overall number of "healthy"points. Additional feature of the Singular-Point Dressers include dimensional measurements that range from 0.4 mm x 0.4 mm/1.1 mm x 1.1 mm.
