Description

Weiss Technik’s large vehicle drive in climate test chamber with dynamometer for vehicles with roller allows you to test entire vehicles in various climate and weather conditions to test for the driving, durability, emissions output and other key factors of a vehicle on a “rolling road”. Our dynamometer drive-in test chambers interface with a dynamometer test platform and simulate temperature and humidity conditions for full vehicle testing. Individual tests (power, exhaust and emissions measurements, fuel consumption) are conducted under pre-defined climate conditions by transferring the driving of the wheels onto a roller. The temperature or climate required for each test can be set using the control system for the sealed, drive-in environmental simulation. Weiss Technik has built three climatic tunnels, in which temperature and humidity are precisely controlled, with a total capacity within the tunnels of more than 1200m3.
