Description

WEKA manufactures all its products at its own plant in Switzerland. Hence, also for this product, the top production methods and excellently trained personnel with contemporary expertise are available. To be able to manufacture an affordable product for simple level measurement tasks, we use a trimmed down product range so that we can organise the production process optimally and keep the handling workload low. The EconomyLine uses the types of SmartLine 50 and StandardLine 6, where not the full scope of options is available. A visual level indicator on containers with water or oil at low pressures and temperatures does not always require the elaborate solution. EconomyLine – affordable alternative for level measurement without losing quality! Here, too, EN and ANSI flanges are already included as standard, but in three specified nominal sizes. The flanges are designed as loose flange combinations, as popularly used in tank construction and shipbuilding, in order to balance out production tolerances. With limited construction lengths, the result is simplified pressure/temperature diagrams (p/T diagrams) and thus fixed categories that keep the test workload and manufacturing costs down. Since there is the suitable float for all types, which WEKA chooses according to the process data, all that remains is the selection of the gauge bar. With one or more magnetic switches as accessories, the fill level indicator can be upgraded to an indicator with level switches.
