Simple and reliable – the basis for trustworthy level measurement
Wherever given circumstances do not permit the installation of a bypass system, tank level instruments (TLIs) - sensors in the tank - deliver reliable measurement values to a remote display.
The WEKA tank level instruments offer a reliable option for monitoring the level. Additionally, they are suitable as displacement transducers for lifting movements. The sensors are built according to customer specifications and for years have proved their worth in a wide variety of applications in industry and chemistry as well as in numerous special applications.
For most applications you will find a suitable device from our standard range. However, special solutions are also repeatedly required for special operating conditions. Our strengths include the development, production and testing of customised solutions to your requirements. Get in touch with us, we would be happy to advise you.
The magnetic-equipped float activates reed contacts in the shifting tube as a function of the level or the stroke. The sensor works according to the voltage divider principle and provides a voltage (XM-xxx) or current (XT-xxx) proportional to the float run as an output signal. These tank level instruments are available with a resolution of 5 mm or 2.5 mm.
In connection with the corresponding evaluating devices, analogue or digital indicators can be operated, optical or acoustic alarms can be triggered or computers can be fed, for example.
