Description

Working Principle PSA oxygen generator uses clean compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as adsorbent, to produce oxygen gas with Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology in normal temperature. ZMS is round granular adsorbent full of micro pores inside and outside, which has characteristic of selective adsorption. N2 has higher diffusion rate while O2 has lower, therefore N2 is adsorbed into ZMS while O2 is out of it. With controlling on/off state of the pneumatic valves by PLC, adsorbing under pressure and regenerating without pressure, to separate nitrogen and oxygen gas, and create continuous flow of oxygen with require purity. Oxygen Generator for Combustion-supporting Industry Oxygen-enriched combustion can improve the furnace temperature, increase 20-40% furnace capacity compared with using air, reduce 50% fuel consumption and prolong the service life of the furnace. Oxygen-enriched combustion, eliminating the most amount of nitrogen gas, thus makes burning more effective and sharply reduce fume volume, nitrogen oxides and other harmful substances are greatly decreased. It is good for the environment protection. Oxygen-enriched combustion raises burning temperature which is conducive to reduce fume volume and harmful substances in the process of waste incineration. The generated heat can be recycled for heating and producing electricity. In a word, oxygen-enriched combustion can improve productivity, save energy and reduce consumption. Oxygen-enriched combustion is also widely used in iron & steel, Non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical engineering, furnace energy-saving, glass and paper-making, etc. industries.
