It has a cylindrical structure with three-pass flame-smoke pipe. - It can be used in every business that requires steam. - It is economical in investment and usage. - Manufacturing of the steam boilers are done in accordance with (Technische Regeln für Dampfkessel), DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) norms and TS 377, EN 12953 standards. (It can be manufactured with ”Turkish Loyd“ or "TUV “ controls according to your request.) - DIN 17155, HII, 17Mn4, 19Mn6, EN10028, P265 GH, P295 GH and EN 10204-3-1 certified sheet materials for main sheet parts with origin and quality certificated are used in manufacturing our boilers. - DIN17175, EN 10216, DIN 2448, St 35.8.1 drawn steel seamless boiler pipes are used for boiler pipes. - Our scotch type boilers are of high efficiency. - Our boilers are manufactured with large steam volume to allow sudden steam usage. - The collectors which required for feed water inlet, steam outlet, surface blowdown, bottom blowdown, breathing valve, safety valves, automatic level control and level indicators, are equipped with 2 or 3 cleaning manholes according to their capacity, ash inlet, one hand hole at the front and one at the back. - Specially designed water holders are placed in the boiler to minimize the drift of the water droplets with steam. Thus, the system ensures that the outgoing steam is drier. - ISO 9001-9008 quality systems that form the basis of our quality system, have been selected as design - development production - plant and service quality management model. - The boiler insulation is made of Galvanized sheet, aluminum, Embossed aluminium stainless steel or Painted sheet as your request.
