JTRRJ Horizontal Melting Dissolving Tank Horizontal Melting Dissolving Tank be designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard(GB150-2011) and the Steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard(NB/T 47003.1 -2009), strictly meet to GMP certificate requirements. Horizontal Melting Dissolving Tank usually adopts horizontal round tank, left and right sides are standard fiat head, the inner wall use circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean;Jacket type (tank body ,and left, right side head are equipped with jacket and insulation layer),tank inner wall are mirror polished , meet GMP standard; configuration of mechanical stirring . Tank Optional Configuration Horizontal Melting Dissolving Tank optional configuration : stérile air filter, thermometer (digital display type or dial), sight glasses, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning bail, stérile sampling valve (stainless Steel tank bottom), level gauge etc., or configured according to customer requirements. Application • suitable for Pharmaceutical, dairy products, food, Chemical, beverage industries etc. Feature • - There are 1000L-10000L varietys of spécifications, it can be designed, customized according to the customers’ requirements. • - Jacket can put into steam (or hot water), also can put into cooling water, jacket is dimple jacket; Jacketed outside covered with insulation layer, insulation material is rock wool (keep warm) or PU (keep cold) • - Connector use tri-clamp, inner tank use SS304 or SS316L, the inner surface mirror polishing Ra<0.28pm ~ 0.6pm, outer surface can be polishing, wiredrawing ,sandblasting according to customer's requirement.
