Uses: Inhibition of oxidation and browning of juice. After degassing, the gas attached to the suspension particles can be removed simultaneously, preventing the upper floating, improves the appearance of the product; reducing high temperature sterilization and filling, improve the sterilization effect, reducing the corrosion of the container. It is often deviated from the production of liquid milk or milk-containing beverage. Generally, vacuum degassing is carried out after homogeneous, and sometimes demented before filling.

The contact parts of the vacuum degassing tank and juice are made of food-grade stainless steel.
It is mainly composed of: barrel body, top check valve, nozzle, control valve, lamp, sight hole, etc. When in use, as long as the supporting vacuum pump is opened, the air in the tank is pumped out, and the material is self-priming into the tank from the feed port. When the material rises to a certain position, the control valve automatically controls the material, and the feed speed can be observed and controlled from the sight mirror. The material can be extracted from the material outlet, as long as the vacuum degree and the balance of incoming and outgoing materials are maintained, continuous production can be achieved
