Description
GC series high vacuum gate valve and CC series ultra-high vacuum gate valve are used for connecting or cutting off the vacuum airflow path, operation can be manual, electro-pneumatic, electric drive.
a) For automatic operation, design the drive on the body side, so greatly reducing the height dimension of the valve, then reduce the manufacturing cost of the equipment space
b) The applicable media are air and non-corrosive gases. CC series can withstand 450ºCbaking temperature is usually used for ion pump and a high-temperature vacuum environment.
