Mosaic systems is widely used in almost all parts of industrial applications like Power Generating Plants, Water Treatment Plants, water pipeline systems, control cabinets , control rooms and Monitoring Arena within huge Industrial Plants. The uniqueness of this application or system is to combine the two different honey comb grids that is 23 W & 48 W with any desk plate, control panel, indicator panel & imbibe easily in a desk top by a seamless method. This incorporates with a host of measuring instruments, knobs, signal & control circuits present in the desk plate, wall panel or cabinet. In short we can say that it is one application which can hoist loads of other useful components with ease. Werner Electric is proud to state that all control & indicating instruments have been time tested for 20 years and can be used in our Werner grid with tranquil methods of fixing. We integrate LED’s instead of incandescent bulbs for Indicating Alarms and Status Signals. This also gives an edge in eliminating the usual incurred expenses & also the downtime incurred to replace the incandescent lamps which have a limited durability. Adding to this, the danger of short circuits which exists when lamps are replaced is nullified. The Wiring is standardized to suit all active components within the array of Mosaic technology, using multi core plastic cables which in turn are equipped with multi polar plugs. These plugs are installed or fitted on terminal boards with 25 pins per row; also the standard cable length is 2.20m. We also add on our non reflecting plastic tiles to cover the front of our models.
