The TomoScope® FQ family of instruments allows the calculation and evaluation of the measurement point cloud to be accelerated by up to 50 times. For workpieces such as valve blocks, housings and castings, the geometrical characteristics can be determined almost every half minute, a nominal-actual comparison with the measuring point cloud of a master part can be carried out and the workpieces can be tested for defects such as burrs. The WinWerth® Scout measurement software offers a clear status display for run-out and completed measuring processes and access to all measurement results at the click of a mouse.
• All TomoScope® measuring machines are available as "FQ" version
• Maintenance-free closed high-performance X-ray tube for fast measurement of dense materials and large workpieces
• Integrated shutter to avoid time-consuming switching on and off of the tube with extended lifetime
• High-end detector for high-performance measurement with fast image acquisition in OnTheFly mode
• Workpiece feeding with robot through front door or upper loading opening
• Remote programming at offline workstations
• Start of the measuring process, for example via QR code or RFID chip, so that workpieces and batches can be clearly identified
• Task sharing between computed tomography and multi-sensor coordinate measuring machines
Measuring range
Max. Workpiece dimensions D = 470 mm / L = 678 mm (depending on the aspect ratio of the workpieces)
Accuracy
Permissible probing error up to 4.5 µm
