In addition to the magnification, the Werth Zoom also allows the working distance between the lens and the measuring object to be adapted to the task in a "CNC-capable" manner. One benefit of the very large working distance is, for example, the possibility of testing blind bores with a large depth and turned parts with a large diameter without collision. Another benefit of the flexible working distance is the combination with the Werth MultiRing® to change the illumination angle. This allows object edges to be visualised that would not be visible at all with classic illumination methods.
• Industrial image processing with clarity and fast measurements of many geometrical characteristics in low magnification and low measurement errors in high magnification
• Flexible working distance in the range between 20 mm and 200 mm
• Constant image size in the telecentric range guarantees correct measured values
• Low measurement uncertainty and high reproducibility due to linear guiding systems
• Measurement at all zoom levels without intermediate calibration
• Incremental measuring systems in the zoom head guarantee long-term stable measurement results and reproducible magnifications
• Extremely fast magnification change due to integrated drives
• Extension of the measuring range in the axial direction
