The Dissolver range is available in the sizes between DS 25-DS 350. DS is a swiveling dissolver for mobile vessels or fixed vessels suitable for production with batches between 300-15000 litres. It has a vessel clamping device with a safety interlock that prevents start when a vessel is not properly secured. The machine is raised and lowered by means of hydraulic cylinder. The DS dissolver is characterized by flexibility, low noise level, with a high safety standard and infinite speed control by frequency inverter. Options The DS Dissolver is delivered with a high safety standard and can be supplied with a number of optional equipment, vessel cover with dust extraction, vessels, scrapers, cleaning system, weighing system, vacuum system, atomization, auto earthing system, local fire fighting system etc. Other options are available to suit the customer’s requirement.DS Production Dissolvers are supplied for production volumes of 300 to 15000 litres. The corresponding drive power levels are between 18,5 kW and 250 kW. The DS dissolvers can be free standing at ground level, or can be ”through-floor” mounted for integration with a platform. The drive head can be of ”swivel” design for use with one, two or three vessels. The speed of the dissolvers are infinitely adjustable using the very latest frequency inverter drives. All dissolvers are of course also available as vacuum dissolvers. Further options are available at the customer’s request.
