The parallel operated tool system CS 33 allows an easy processing of a variety of terminal types up to a cross section of 50 mm², depending on the application and terminal. Due to the closed tool frame the hand force is reduced about 20 %with a simultaneous crimp force of 12 kN. The terminals are processedregularly over the complete crimp zone, so that even the smallest tolerances comply with the specification. All existing CK 100/CS 30 die sets can be applied with the basic tool, which can be easily replaced by the quick change system. This means a great application- and price advantage in comparison with other non-changeable systems.
