PNCleanUp facilitates and accelerates the clearance and picking for consignments after cutting. After completion of the machine the parts are displayed colored via a screen at the unloading table. The cut parts can be sorted immediately or stored in a warehouse and later requested by the order picker. Depending on the requirement, commissions are sorted into color groups according to different criteria. For uniform identification, the components on the job sheet of the PN4000 do have the same colors. After clearing, the feedback to the PNControl and / or the PPS / ERP system updates the status of the sorted parts automatically.
