Wichita Water Cooled Brakes utilize proven air tube actuation that permits precision web tension complete with simple air controls. This is an economically priced high heat dissipation unit that is fitted with a one piece steel water jacket used to eliminate the possibility of leakage. The unit is available to purchase with a 1, 2, 3 or 4 disc design, complete with either Standard or Low Coefficient (LC) friction pads required for different torque settings. The unit is fitted with multi-range actuators resulting in optimum torque selection, and operators can choose between end of shaft mounting or through shaft mounting, depending on what is needed.
