This system goes through strict internal controls during construction and fulfills external quality guidelines such as those of GMP. That means safety in use: each bag is tested separately for leaks. Filling takes place via a mass flow meter with automatic recalibration after each filling cycle. In closed circuits, of course. The 100% in-process control ensures that only infusion bags that have been properly filled and checked for leaks leave the system. • Pressure test of the infusion bag and optional pretreatment with inert gas. • Counter pressure filling with automatic calibration after each filling cycle. • Flexible crimping tool that is gentle on packaging; quick changeover to different types of closure.
