A sensitive bumper is a shockproof safety sensor designed to protect people from injuries and injuries resulting from potential impacts with moving machinery parts. The crushing generates an electrical signal which, received by an electronic control unit, generates the blocking of the movement of: • mechanical parts or moving components; • surfaces of self-propelling means; • electrically hazardous areas; • gate or door leafs. Sewn on your machines WIDE Automation bumpers are made of foam resin and PVC coated. They are shaped and finished according to the specifications provided by the customer. They are designed and sewn according to the standards of high Italian upholstery, studying shapes and volumes to ensure maximum precision. Each of our bumpers is only equal to itself. We make sure that every single bumper successfully passes strict acceptance tests. If the bumper is not up to par, it is rejected. If it is OK, it comes with a document certifying its performance.
