The batter mixer ensures efficient mixing of the ingredients to a homogeneous slurry. The batter mixer is executed with a double jacket for Glycol cooling.
The agitators are fitted with scrapers to keep the walls and bottom of the bowl to prevent ingredients adhering to them during mixing and to ensure the tank is completely evacuated when emptying.
Beneath the mixer there is a holding tank. The holding tank is necessary to run down-stream to the depositor continuously while the mixing process is batch wise.
A hopper is mounted at the side of each of the two mixers (pictured). These are to dose incorporate inclusions at the end of the mix and to disperse them evenly throughout the mixture.
