The PCD100 series are versatile, field-programmable digital panel meters that accept common process inputs, including 4-20mA vibration, and provide a localized display of sensor data.
PCD100 digital panel meters are among the most versatile on the market and used in a wide variety of process monitoring and temperature applications. The PCD100 process display can be field-programmed to accept common process voltage (1-5V, ± 10V) and current (0-20 mA, 4-20 mA) inputs, 100 Ω RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. PCD100 panel meters can provide 24 VDC to power the transmitter’s 4-20 mA signal, with two power options (85-265 VAC or 12-36 VDC). The process display panel meter has two alarm points that include front panel red LEDs to indicate alarm conditions, making it particularly useful for applications requiring visual-only indication. They can be programmed via four external button contacts on the front panel or remotely with the included PC-based software. The display is four full digits, an advantage over most digital panel meters on the market. Two relays and isolated 4-20 mA output options increase the utility of the PCD100. The relays can be used for alarm or control applications. The 4-20 mA output provides an isolated retransmission of the input signal for temperature inputs.
