Description

Windsor Machines creates the state-of-the-art MAGNATE series – 7 & 9 layer co-extrusion Blown Film lines in collaboration with the Kuhne Group, Germany. The line comprises of a spiral mandrel design die-head from Kuhne Group, Germany. It includes 7 & 9 numbers plain sleeve barrel, single-screw extruders which provide flexibility of processing wide range of polymers capable of delivering a variety of films. The line caters to an extensive range of Barrier as well as Non-Barrier packaging applications. Key Features: -Extremely Versatile: Suitable for Barrier as well as Non-Barrier films -Film Output: upto 400 kg/hr -Die Diameter: 300 mm for 7 layer & 280 – 400 mm for 9 layer -Film Width: up to 2200 mm double layflat -Possibility of symmetric as well asymmetric structures -Gravimetric Bath Blenders & Auto Gauging System (Optional)
