Being a IATF 16949:2016 certified company, we process a wide range of materials such as steel, stainless Steel, copper, brass and aluminum up to a thickness of 3mm. Our in-house high-performance tool shop gives us the flexibility to respond quickly to design changes or modifications and also the ability for constant improvement to our production. We produce even very complex stamping-/bending-assemblies and mounting parts in one process always focusing on high-quality. That gives our customers the decisive competitive edge. Automatic mounting of metal-parts, plastic to metal or screws, nuts and rivets. We design and develop the optimized mounting in the tool along with the necessary feeding-system. One Process The mounting of assemblies is done fully automated. The engineering of "Tool/Feeding-device/Machine" is done in our production and with our in-house tool-shop we have the benefit to be able to implement changes and adjustments for the fine-tuning quickly. We work very efficient and don't loose any time in the realization of your projects.
