Description

Jetstar is a Modular series of Aluminium Oxide Jet scrubbing machine for rigid and flexible printed circuit boards. This machine is ideally suited to prepare the copper surface for the lamination of dry-films, soldermask coating or finish gold or silver levelling. The copper surface is perfectly treated and thus prepared for good subsequent adhesion. The strong self supporting structure, three millimeter thick, is completely constructed in Stainless Steel and available from left to right conveyor direction or mirror version. The basic Jetstar machine is composed of an input conveyor, the jet scrubbing section and three rinse chambers. The Jetstar, complete of external slurry tank for the use of Aluminium Oxide to accommodate panel widths of 650 (25,5”) and 760 mm. (30”). Jetstar machine is able to process rigid panels from 0,5 to 5 mm (.020” to .200”) thickness as a standard, but can easily work with thin boards below to 0,1 mm. (.004”) using the Thin Board Option. Beside the standard production Jetstar 100 range machine is able to process small panels from 100 mm (3.94”) length before final gold or silver plating. Jet-Ultraflex series is suitable to process panel from 0,025 core to 3,6 mm (.001” to .141”) thickness. This special version is dedicated to FPC production. This New Concept machines have been especially designed to satisfy the actual requirements for advanced high machine performance features at lower production costs. Read more in Ultraflex section.
