Rack & Pinion Drives of WMH Herion and VOGEL enable even machine gantries weighing tonnes to be accelerated dynamically and positioned accurately down to the μm range. Summary of system standards: 1. Precision Gearboxes with a keyway connection on the output shaft MPRN with standard clearance and rack in 6h23 (from 2000 mm 6h24) quality, pinion in 7e25 quality. - Gearbox sizes: 050, 100, 200, 300 - Output torque: up to 315 Nm - Module of rack and pinion: 2 - 3 3. Rack dimensions - In Q5, the rack can be delivered as 1 m or 0.5 m as standard. - In Q6, the rack can be delivered as 2 m, 1 m or 0.5 m as standard.
