Stop unit for conveyor D0-400

The Delta 0400 is manufactured by Worner, and can be stopped at one or more expanded pallet holders at specified stop areas. It makes use of the separating stop in automatic assembly and handling systems. It can be activated pneumatically which is very sturdy and economical as it separates stop without damping. The unit has conveyor speeds from 6 m/min to 36 m/min, and utilizes a proximity switch to detect the upper and lower position of the stopping plate. The speed can be lowered with the noise being optimized without damping. It can be mounted to the Bosch Rexroth TS2plus transfer system without adapter plate, and has design that includes an aluminium basic housing with hard-anodized coating. It is made up of hardened steel that comes with a thread which is un-tempered.
