Fibre-Spraying Plants
The fibre-spraying process is a modern hand laminating process for which no bound glass mat is used contrary to the traditional hand laminating process.
The glass roving is cut in a cutter at the gun and is applied onto the mould together with the fluid components. Wolfangel fibre-spraying plants are operated at low pressure, resin and glass being regulated infinitely in order to allow a production of big and small parts using the same machine without any resetting.
The machine can also be integrated into fully-automatic, robot-controlled plants.
