TN-E series are ultra highspeed injection machines (TN250E standard) with maximum injection speed of 1000mm/sec and clamping speed of 1200mm/sec. By using 2 axis synchronous control method of electric injection structure, it is faster with high precision molding than the typical electric machine. Toggle folds outward (out-folding) so wide open mold distance and tie bar spacing are guaranteed. In addition, all operations are controlled by the electric method therefore charge during open mold, ejector etc. simultaneous action are possible which allows production efficiency.
