Features: 1, The cylinder of the extruder uses a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling system. Thus, the extruding machine has quick and uniform heat transmission. Temperature range: 50~300℃, and the precision to ±1℃. 2, The screw and barrel are made of high quality alloy steel undergo a nitrogen treatment to make sure they are hard and wearable. 3, Different screws are designed for different materials to create good plasticization effects.
