For Paint & Coating Measurements
The ERX145 Lab 0°:45° non-contact benchtop spectrophotometer is designed to capture paint and coatings color measurements in the lab.
Designed to take measurements on paint and coatings, the ERX145 Lab spectrophotometer can be mounted on a stand with a heated table to compensate thermochromic effects and offer tight correlation with the ERX145 Inline spectrophotometer.
When paired with ESWin QC software, the ERX145 Lab provides actionable guidance so operators can make educated color corrections. It offers excellent correlation to the ERX145 Inline spectrophotometer and objective evaluation according to accepted international standards to ensure the integrity of your coating color program.
With a 45°:0° measurement geometry, the ERX145 Lab spectrophotometer can be used in the laboratory with a heated table to replicate measurements from hot samples on the coating line. The built-in pyrometer measures the actual temperature of the strip simultaneously while measuring the color. This ensures the hot coil measured inline with the ERX145 will have the same color readings as when it is measured in the laboratory at room temperature.
