Description

Extra-Large size is added to the XEBEC Brush Crosshole lineup! XEBEC Bruch Crosshole is ideal for automated deburring, and it removes burrs on the edges of cross holes inside the cylindrical workpieces, and polishes the inner diameter surface. Now with XEBEC Brush Crosshole Extra-Large added to the lineup, the target hole diameter is up to φ35 mm. With the extra-large size Brush, it is possible to remove burrs from large-sized parts such as the parts for construction, agricultural and industrial machines. It helps reducing the tool costs by separating the shaft and the brush so that only the brush needs to be replaced. The bristle of XEBEC Brush Crosshole Extra-Large is newly developed (A34). Thanks to this new bristle, XEBEC Brush Crosshole Extra-Large has a longer tool life compared with other Crosshole Brushes with bristle A33. Highlight of new bristle A34 “Long tool life”- - Compared to the existing bristle (A33), A34 has 2.4 times longer tool life due to increased flexibility enabling the bristle to flare open wider. - Enhanced wear-resistant feature of A34 ensures even tool wear, making this an optimal tool on CNC machines.
