Description

Tuning fork density meter is the introduction of foreign advanced frequency tracking technology and the production of high-precision, high applicability vibration principle density meter, product design using plug-in installation, widely used in pipelines, open tank containers and closed tank containers In the medium density testing. Tuning fork density meter sensor is composed of two piezoelectric crystals, one piezoelectric vibration, the other piezoelectric crystal vibration detection, tuning fork sensor built-in temperature sensor, the piezoelectric crystal vibration temperature compensation. Featrue Adopting Germany piezoelectric ceramic piece, crossing gold process for ceramic piece to increase theinoxidizability of ceramic piece, thus increasing the service life of densitometer. Fork vibration original piece adopts Japan’s high performance original piece, in which installed 24 Adconverter,and the accurate recognition for frequency is 0.01HZ, to ensure the sensitivity and accuracy of density. Fork density calibration adopts national density standard solution, to ensure the source and accurate of density. The current circuit is independent of fork vibration circuit, there is isolating anti-interference inner, reducing the influence to instrument from disturb. There is set density three point quick calibration, range adjust, current calibration etc function, to meet on-site working demands. Using high precision measuring density, is mainly used in power plant. Application Measurement of the density (concentration) of ore pulp in the process of ore dressing density (concentration) during coal feeding process;
