The lock-in amplifier is a device used for weak signal detection. Weak signals are often submerged in various noises. The lock-in amplifier can extract the weak signal from the noise and measure it accurately.
The lock-in amplifier is a weak signal detection method based on the mutual coherence method. Its key technique is phase-sensitive detection(PSD). The reference signal with the same frequency and fixed phase relationship as the signal to be tested is used as a reference to filter out the noise different from its frequency, thereby extracting produce useful signal components.
