DXSS-2020 multi-parameter measurement system of magnetostrictive materials is the device that measures the material magnetic parameters(such as ldc –Hdc, Bdc-Hdc, lac-Hac, Bac-Hac, Zac-f, Hcb, Hcj, Br and BHmax etc. )change with the applied AC and DC magnetic field.
The system is composed of an electromagnet, an electromagnet power supply, a fluxmeter, a gaussmeter, a strain gauge, a Helmholtz coil, an impedance tester, an audio frequency power supply, a data acquisition system, a pressure bag, a computer and a laser printer.
- DC magnetic field classifies seven full-scale ranges which are 0.5 kOe, 1kOe, 2kOe, 4kOe, 8kOe, 16kOe and 32kOe, the highest resolution is up to 0.1Oe.
- AC magnetic field range is 320 Oe, and its resolution is 0.01 Oe.
- AC and DC strain classifies nine full-scale ranges which are 32000με, 16000με, 8000με, 4000.0με, 3200.0με, 1600.0με, 800.0με, 400.0με and 320.00με, and it’s the highest resolution is up to 0.01με.
- DC magnetic flux range is 32.0 mWb, its the highest resolution is up to 0.001mWb.
- The frequency of the audio frequency power supply can be continuously adjusted from 30Hz to 10kHz, and the maximum output power is 500W. It is used in conjunction with the impedance measurement unit, and the characteristic curve of the sample impedance with frequency can be gotten, and the incremental permeability μ33, piezomagnetic coefficient d33, elastic coefficient S33, and axial electromechanical coupling coefficient K33 etc. parameters can be calculated by the matching software.
