Description

The DXMOKE series magneto-optical Kerr effect system can directly obtain the longitudinal, transverse and polar Kerr rotation angle or the hysteresis loop of ellipticity, and can also obtain magnetic properties such as coercive force and saturation magnetic field. The magneto-optical Kerr effect system(MOKE) is an ideal tool for studying magnetic thin films, magnetic nanostructures and spintronics. In physics, the magneto-optic Kerr effect (MOKE) or the surface magneto-optic Kerr effect (SMOKE) is one of the magneto-optic effects. It describes the changes to light reflected from a magnetized surface. Note: The Kerr angle is the angle at which linearly polarized light will be rotated after hitting the sample. The Kerr ellipticity (not to be confused with ellipticity from mathematics) is the ratio of the semimajor and semi-minor axes of the elliptically polarized light, generated from the reflection of linearly polarized light. Using a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor tube to receive light-intensity signals; 3. Using a lock-in amplifier to collect frequency-locked signals; 4. Low noise, high resolution and high stability; 5. All optical devices are highly integrated, and the user only needs to install the sample and fine-tune the sample rod to obtain the Kerr signal; 6. Integrated Kerr effect measurement and magnetic domain observation microscope observation, the microscopic resolution is 6um; 7. It can measure in situ under a vacuum and has a variety of magnetic field and cryogenic options.
