Online fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor
Introduction
KWS630 fluorescent dissolved oxygen sensor adopts fluorescence method to measure dissolved oxygen in water. The film at the top of the sensor is covered with a layer of fluorescent material. When the light emitted by the light-emitting diode is in the fluorescent material, the fluorescent material will emit fluorescence when it returns to the ground state from the stressed state. The concentration of dissolved oxygen can be measured by measuring the duration of the fluorescence. Built-in temperature sensor automatically compensates dissolved oxygen values according to temperature changes.
Features
No electrolyte required, no polarization
No need to consume oxygen, no flow rate
Built-in temperature sensor
Automatic temperature compensation
Free from chemical interferences such as sulfides
Small drift, fast response, more accurate measurement
Maintenance free, longer cycle life and lower cost of ownership
Fluor cap replacement is simple
RS-485 interface, Modbus-RTU protocol
1. The temperature sensing part of the installation should be immersed below the liquid level to avoid collision with the surface of the membrane head. The membrane head portion should be protected from deposits.
2. Electrical connection
Red line - power cord (12 ~ 24V)
Black line - ground (GND)
Blue line - 485A
White line - 485B
Bare wire - shield
After wiring is completed, it should be carefully checked to avoid incorrect connections before powering up.
