Product introduction This series of exciter is a high-efficiency reciprocating rectilinear force-box vibration exciter which is specially manufactured by our company using advanced technology. It is suitable for all kinds of vibration equipment and is an ideal product to replace imported exciter. The exciter of this series can be exchanged with the exciter of Aury, Schenck and Conn-weld. Technical features and advantages The exciter housing is casted by S.G. Iron with high strength/toughness/wear resistant/shock absorptionLubrication method: thin oil lubrication. Splash Oil Lubrication, Labyrinth Oil Seals add with felt seals  The exciter adopts the special vibration bearings newly developed by German FAG or Swedish SKF. The gear box body is manufactured with precision, light structure, good sealing, fast heat dissipation, no oil leakage, durable and reliable, and high cost performance. It can operate continuously at high frequency.  Eccentric block is easy to adjust and disassemble. Precision machine gears with ground teeth and high quality Bearings and mature design lead to Low Noise levels less 80 dBA,are the quietest exciters currently available  Bearings with imported FAG or SKF have a design life of more than 10,000 hours.  Contact and axial labyrinth seals are used together to provide good sealing performance.  The oil filling hole is set above the casing to ensure the bearing lubrication is good.  It has the advantages of light weight, small size, simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life, etc.  It has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, flexible adjustment and small maintenance.
