It is more simple and more cost-saving than the closed combination of short head cone crusher and separator, and moreover it simplifies the dust removal in ore-breaking workshop. However, short head cone crusher combining closely with separator is more economical when processing hard ore. Thus, when making a project scheme, ball mill and rod mill must be selected according to actual conditions.
