Benchtop Powder Dispenser The bench-top Solids Dispenser SDB-1C dispenses calibrated volumetric or gravimetric doses of powders in a highly precise and repeatable fashion. It offers the high speed of volumetric dosing and the high dose size flexibility of gravimetric dosing. Digital records of the dosing are saved in a memory card for transfer to a PC. The SDB-1C increases lab productivity and ensures process accuracy. Compared to other techniques volumetric solids dispensing is particularly fast (2.5-3.5sec. per dose). The compact benchtop configuration is easy to integrate in the workflow and alleviates tedious repetitive tasks. Interchangeable dispensing heads enable quick processing of several materials in different dose sizes and no cross-contamination or cleaning steps. Small dispensing heads can dose from 5 mg up to 300 mg (depending on bulk density) in single shot, or multiples for incremental dispensing. Large dispensing heads dose from 5 mg up to 8 grams and multiples. A touch screen display provides feedback on the amount of powder being dispensed. The SDB-1C is powered from the AC socket, switching 115V/230V.
