MOLD Series Description The capsule molds are used to shape gelatin film capsules. Gelatin film is molded and shaped in turn by forming molds rotating from both sides, and at the same time a pump inject a fluid matter to filled the capsule. Once the fluid is filled up to given amount, molding is completed. Then the necessary heat to adhere the film is transferred by a segment to make the capsule adhered by the pressure of molds rotating. By the completely interlocked molds and the pump, the fluid can't be spilt or lost, and air is not allowed to permeate. And the pump's operational accuracy achieves the rate keeping the inequality of the filling amount within ±1%. Features 1. Very high accurate design of the capsule pattern 2.
