CU Series
Description
CU series products have a larger cam than standard type of roller gear index drive such as CF or CS series. The larger cam can help solve the problems such as undercut, limited pressure angle that the existing standard type of cam may be involved in. CU series can be designed with up to 120° of indexing angle for 2 stops indexing while common roller gear index drives use 270° of that. While the standard type index drives require external equipment such as clutches, brakes, servo-motors or costly power transmission system to make dwelling time longer, but CU series allows wider dwell angles that controls dwell time simply and effectively.
Features
