Vacuum concentrators lower solvent boiling points through pressure reduction, causing evaporation at lower temperatures. The solute remains, yielding concentrated solutions. They remove excess solvent, increasing solute concentration without high-temperature decomposition. Utilizing steam heat, they evaporate water and alcohol, ensuring continuous, low-temperature concentration. They ultimately recover excess solvents and retain desired solids.
Features
1. Rising membrane evaporator: suitable for mass production
2. Heat exchanger: all made of sanitary piping
3. High condensing efficiency by circulating water (no need for chiller). Safety the energy.
4. The horsepower of the vacuum pump is small to save energy, but can reach the high vacuum degree.
5. With WIP automatic cleaning system.
6. Low temperature concentration: 45 ~ 60 °C
7. High vacuum's degree: -600 ~ 700mmHq
8. High capcity of concentration: Model 30 ~ 1500L/Hr (Single Stage)
9. Also it provides the multi-stage type concentration which can save more energy.
10. The scraper type membrane concentrator and centrifugal type concentration are also available.
