Filo direct coupled compressors use screws without gearbox. Specially designed for the user's needs.
Direct-coupled systems are screw compressor system produced by connecting the motor directly to the screw unit. Direct-coupled screw compressors provide significant energy savings with superior performance. When the movement and energy transfer is carried out with the help of only one coupling compared to the systems made by belt pulley connection, it minimizes the energy losses due to friction.
Our compressors use high-efficiency screws. These screws have low speed structure. This allows to achieve maximum air flow and maximum efficiency with low turnover speed.
Motor - screw drive system is made with omega type couplings. This type of coupling reduces noise level and saves time by facilitating assembly.
The equipment used in the compressor (suction valve, separator and thermostatic valve and or valve) is designed by Filo R & D department.
All parts were passed through all tests and delivered to the assembly section.
The thermostatic valves produced by the fleet prevent water condensation from holding the oil to the screw block at a certain temperature and prolongs oil life. It works seamlessly in all weather conditions.
