Linear stage X-LRQ-DE series

Zaber's X-LRQ-DE Series stages include built-in controllers and linear encoders, providing up to 13 µm accuracy over 600 mm travel, 50 nm of resolution, slip/stall detection, and position correction. These devices have a 100 kg load capacity, are capable of up to 205 mm/s speed and up to 300 N thrust. Like all of Zaber's X-Series products, the X-LRQ-DE is able to daisy-chain with other Zaber products, and it is able to share a single power supply with multiple X-Series products. Externally controlled versions (LRQ-DE) are also available.
