Put together any combination of our modular linear, rotary, vertical, and tilt positioning devices each with time-saving options including integrated motors, encoders, and controllers.
Start with pre-configured Zaber gantry and cartesian robot systems featuring coordinated multi-axis motion, plug-and-play operation, easy integration with end-effector options, built-in IO, and E-Stop capabilities. We also offer a cantilever Z-axis option which can retract out of the working area to clear obstacles. The system is modularly assembled from LC40 linear guides and NMS23 motors. The lower X-axis is driven by two stages electronically coupled with lockstep synchronization, with all axes coordinated through an X-MCC controller.
Indexed knobs on the included X-MCC controller provide convenient manual control for versatile operation even without a computer. The X-MCC controller connects to the RS-232 port or USB port of any computer and can be daisy-chained with any other Zaber products to add additional axes of motion.
