The pump is designed for periodical injection of plastic grease by means of dispensers (two-way dosing distributors) to cooperating surfaces in machines. It is recommended for use in machines and devices with lubrication points below 50, operating periodically and requiring low-frequency lubrication. Capacity - 8 cm3/double piston stroke Types of lubricants pumped - plastic grease Tank capacity - 3 dm3 The pump is designed to lubricate friction nodes in machines and devices through dosing distributors (two-way feeders). It is recommended for use in high-load machines and devices, with a large number of lubrication points located at long distances and requiring intensive lubrication, e.g. in ironworks, steelworks, non-ferrous metal smelters, strip mines, construction material plants, sugar factories, cement mills, and other facilities with similar equipment and work conditions. The pump consists of the following units: lubricant tank, pump body with pumping system elements, distribution slider changing the direction of lubricant pumping, driving lever, pressure gauge with pulsation dampener and filling nozzle for the tank. There is a spring-loaded piston in the lubricant tank, connected to a shaft, on which there are signs indicating the maximum and minimum content of the tank.
