The pump is designed to force plastic grease from drums (barrels) of 200 dm3 capacity (acc. to BN-76/5046-03) to tanks of central lubrication pumps, e.g. type PA, PD and others.
It may be used to fill other containers with plastic grease as well.
Types of lubricants pumped - plastic greases
Length of flexible hose - ~3 mb

The filling pump consists of a gear pump as a pumping unit, an electric motor, a coupling connecting the motor shaft with the gear pump shaft, a jacket with a rubber flange to form the drum cover, a worm feeder, a two-stage gear integrated in the pump body and a flexible hose terminated with a nut end. There are two aeration valves on the pump jacket and an overflow valve (safety valve) in the body on the lubricant discharge route. The crane consists of an extension arm with pulleys, a rope, a clamp with handles and a winch. The winch consists of a drum, a crank, a ratchet clutch, a pressure rope guide and a rope ending with a hook. The pump is suspended on the crane line by means of a handle.
